As a former college football coach and athletic administrator, Joel decided to begin a sports management agency with the ideals he brought into recruiting and coaching young men and women as a collegiate coach: treat each person as though they are your only player. This kind of mindset has continued throughout his 27+ year career to date as an agent. As a former college and pro football player, Justin Turner decided to join Turner Sports Management and become a licensed sports agent in the state of South Carolina at the age of 21. Since becoming an NLFPA Certified Contract Advisor, Justin has negotiated more contracts for money than any other agent certified in the same year (2010), including numerous record breaking deals.
