- NFLPA certified in 1999, Joel has negotiated what was then the largest contract in NFL history for any former undrafted Safety with two-deals for 13-year veteran Ryan Clark that garnered him over $21,000,000 (his brother, Justin, would go on to break that record deal, see above). He also negotiated the richest deal in NFL history for any Kicker who had not even reached unrestricted free agency (much less not been selected to a ProBowl) with a $14.25m-deal for Ryan Succop in only his 3rd year in the NFL, making him one of the highest paid kickers in the League. Joel negotiated two more record setting deals for Succop with the Tennessee Titans (5yrs, $20m - $4.0m/yr) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3yrs, $12m - $4.0m/yr) as well. Along with his brother Justin (listed above), they represent more former undrafted and non-combine players to be named ALL-PRO and/or PRO-BOWL selections (5) than any agents in the nation - showing their ability to judge, recruit and represent players no other agency in the nation has EVER done. Joel and Justin have negotiated over $600,000,000 in their career.

 - NFLPA certified in 2010, Justin entered his first contract negotiations following the historic 2011 Lockout and made the biggest splash in NFL history - negotiating 21 contracts in his first draft class - more than any first-year agent - ever - a mark that still stands to this day!! Justin came to terms on more contracts for clients in his first five years in the business than ANY agent in the NFLPA history with over 165 deals worth more than $250,000,000. He made his mark with two huge deals including a 4-year extension worth over $15-million for former undrafted, non-combine WR Cole Beasley (making Cole the highest cash earning Slot WR in the NFL for 2015). And then, Justin topped that with a record-breaking 5-year, $30-million deal for former undrafted, non-combine FS Ron Parker during the 2015 Free Agency period.There is no better eye for talent in the nation. Justin also negotiated Beasley’s third and current deal with the Buffalo Bills for $29,000,000 over 4yrs, making him the highest paid slot WR in the NFL in 2019 at just shy of $12,000,000 for the year.
